This stands for Back-office Accounting Credit Union Software

FOCUS

This stands for Front Office Credit Union Software

NETWORKING

Both system can be networked internally and also by using a broadband connection can be linked over a telephone line. However as some credit unions do not have a safe level of security or a broadband line in the sub office we also have Remote Satellite program. This allows for processing remotely with the transactions being sent to the “host” at the end of the session to update the main database and for a copy of the main database to be returned to the remote collection point.

LOTTERY MODULE

This is available if credit unions want to raise funds.

WEB HOSTING

We can arrange for your members records to be put on a web site and regularly updated.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We have a link with Mitral Systems Ltd where a document management system can be linked into both BACUS and FOCUS software. This is a single user system (at low cost) that allows for image and documents to be allocated to a member.
